Tonight was our city's Halloween celebration. This year we told the kids they needed to be something that would be non-scary, and they were disappointed at first but ended up super happy with their costumes. Sophia dressed up like pirate tonight, but her true costume for this year is a cowgirl. Tonight she said she just wanted to be a boy pirate.
We had a blast. I love seeing life through the kids' eyes. Life is so much richer with them as a part of it. We're looking forward to Halloween!
