Growing Up

California Trip Summer 2011

The kids LOVED Captain EO! It was fun for Gina and me to see it again as well. Has it really been that long????

We love CA Adventure. It is generally less crowded than Disneyland AND it houses our favorite rides - Tower of Terror and Toy Story.

We spent lots of time with our friends the Mangs. They live in Long Beach right in the middle of the city, but they raise chickens and eat FRESH eggs!! Yummy!!!

The kids were so amazingly patient and well-behaved while we visited "old" friends here and there. In the pic above, Sophia is enjoying her Starbucks while Gina and I visit with Anissa, Gina's friend from high school. She's amazingly cool and the history they share is rich.

Downtown Disney is always fun. Sophia even got a makeover at Disney 365 - pics to follow.

Yogurtland on 2nd Street is ALWAYS our favorite place to stop for a snack!!!

Happy Fourth of July!!

We love the beaches in CA. Long Beach is where I grew up and where our fam last lived in CA. Newport Beach is where we went whale watching, and Ranchos Palos Verdes is where Gina's uncles Ed and Lou live in a gorgeous house over looking nothing but ocean. Gotta love it!!!

Pool Day

Today we enjoyed some family time at the pool! It was a blast. I love sitting afar with my zoom lens and catching totally candid shots. Aren't they getting big???

Football Camp

Zack wants to play tackle football this year, and I think we are going to let him!

Trip to Galveston
